As a Non-Executive Chairman, Robin mentors the management team and advises on strategy. He has worked closely with the owners and CEO to negotiate and mitigate the fallout from Covid-19, turning the unfortunate circumstance into an opportunity to re-invent themselves. In doing so, he has driven a complete re-branding and cultural change programme.
